Purpose and content

The magazine publishes practical guides about church websites: design, accessibility, tools, hosting, streaming, giving, writing and local search. The guides are general information, not professional advice; congregations make their own platform, financial and legal decisions, and the finance and tax points in the giving guide summarize public IRS material rather than offering tax counsel.

Independence

The magazine runs no advertising, no affiliate links and no sponsored content, and holds no commercial relationship with any platform, host, processor or publisher it describes. Vendors and organizations are named as subjects in the third person, never as partners or recommendations.

Intellectual property

The guides, layout and images on this site are the property of the publication. Quotations are short, attributed and linked to their standing sources, which remain the property of their publishers.

Personal data

The site is a static publication: it sets no cookies, runs no analytics scripts and collects no data through forms. Mail sent to the editorial address is kept for the time needed to handle it and used for no other purpose. The domain's earlier publication, which ran forums, memberships and advertising before going dark, no longer operates: those services and their accounts have no successor here, and mail about them cannot be answered.

The guides are offered as published, without warranty of any kind. The magazine is not liable for decisions made on the basis of its pages, including platform choices, financial arrangements and accessibility commitments, which belong to each congregation.
